Service Process

• All walk in customers are handled by senior engineer OR service manager.
• Every walk in OR call in customer is registered with unique job no with details of customer, product and problems.
• Then this call assigned to respective engineer for repairs by service manager.
• Engineer will do the necessary repairs and inform the customer with status of job at regular intrvals.
• If part is required, the indent will be raised by engineer to co-ordinatior. Then co-ordinator will process request to principle/Store. The status of the part will be updated in system. The same is available to engineer instantly.
• Once engineer completes job and the product will be deliverd to customers.
• After one week of job delivery co-ordinatior will independently survey the customers for services delivery. If any problems, the same engineer will sent to site to do the necessary action. The same will monitored by the service manager.
• The history of job can be checked by customer name, serial no, and product.
