Our products and services are focused towards process control
of activities in GCRC's, Clinical Research, Sponsored Clinical Trials,
Translational Research, Tissue Procurement Labs, Micro Array Labs
and Labs that conduct Genetic Analysis.
These applications have resulted in better clinical effectiveness
through Central Data Management of patients with
specific diseases such as Diabetes, Cystic Fibrosis and JRA. Such
diseases are ongoing in nature and 360 degree view of all aspects
of patient care, related or unrelated to the disease, is essential
in learning and treating specific patients.
The applications related to Laboratory Information Management
Systems (LIMS) focus on labs that conduct genetic analysis
and pathology studies which support the research activity. Our web
based LIMS applications are aimed at managing Biological Tissue
Inventory, Processing for RNA and DNA studies, Micro Array Labs
and Molecular Pathology labs.
All our applications handle processes in these labs for receiving
samples, analyzing as per instruction of the researchers, analyzing
as per research protocol requirements, recording the demographics
of patients and their families who contribute samples and searching
the inventory of samples for matches based on diseases and patient
demographics that suit the researcher’s needs.

The software systems described here are available through itCube
as a result of a licensing agreement with Cincinnati Children's
Hospital and Medical Research Center.
