For design and life cycle management we use UML
methodology. All our consultants and the lead developers have sound
working knowledge of all aspects of RUP. The industry
standard procedure for High Level Application specifications including
SRS, Use Case Designs and Screen Layouts are followed
as per UML Guidelines. The steps followed are:
- On approval, the technical lead prepares the Low Level
Design Documents with include the database design,
component specifications and test cases.
- On review and approval, a day by day Project Plan
is prepared and executed.
- To monitor the development and testing, daily reports are generated
to compare the plans with the actual project completion; thereby
project is tracked on an ongoing continuous basis.
- Subsequent to Integration Testing and Delivery,
the implementation is carried out by a joint team comprised
of the developers and the users. All change requests are managed
through formal documentations and controlled through release
versioning.
