with the specialized area of Bio Informatics which deals with process
management of Medical and Clinical Research.
The necessity to assist the management of Clinical Research has
been from these perspectives:
- The Research Protocol has become complex with a distinct inclination
towards Genetics.
- The management of the Biological Tissue Inventory, is now
an inherent part of Clinical Research.
- The Protocol related data needs to be transparent and meet
regulatory approvals.
Past attempts to manage this medical research activity has resulted
in a plethora of discrete systems that do not provide a comprehensive
answer. With compliance to various Government regulations taking
center stage, accurate and comprehensive information management
is the need of the hour!
